Group Exercise Classes
This class focuses on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts. Whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete, the main lifts are broken down to improve technique, efficiency and coordination to help you lift with precision and power.
Classes will consist of a warm up, strength (power/olympic lifting) and conditioning workout. The mission is to create a culture of fitness to enhance overall health, maintain mission readiness and promote camaraderie.
Using the stationary bikes, this is a total cardio focus; guaranteed to be a fun and sweat filled workout!
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flixibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, back-bends, forward folds and hip openers.
