Library

A world of knowledge is at your fingertips at the MWR Library. The NSA Bahrain Library
provides a wide variety of books, videos, periodicals, computer resources, and programs
that support mission readiness and resiliency by enhancing the quality of life for the
installation community. Located in the Desert Dome (near the Fitness Pool) the library
houses more than 17,000 items available for checkout, computer stations with print and
scanning capabilities, reading and study areas, a children’s corner and a conference
room.

The library also offers an extensive number of free digital services. Services such as e-
books, audio books, graphic novels, magazines, test prep, tutoring, movies, music and
language learning (eligible to DoD card holders), visit DoD MWR Libraries

Services Offered

Wi-Fi Access at Computer Workstations
- Computer usage limit is 30 minutes

Copying, Scanning, and Faxing Services
- Printing & Copying (B&W): 10 cents per page
- Printing & Copying (Color): 25 cents per page
- Commercial Faxing: 75 cents per page (Faxing to DSN is free!)

Inter-Library Loan Program
- A service that enables patrons of one library to borrow materials that are held by another library.

United Through Reading Program
- We record a video of you reading to your family and we send the video to your children.
