Details: Join us for stories, music, dancing, and crafts! Parent/Guardian is required to sit with child/children.
Sewing for Beginners
Time: 3 – 4 p.m., Location: MWR Library, Cost: Free, Ages: 10+
Details: Join us on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month. Learn to hand sew basic stitches and fun embroidery techniques to make your wardrobe your own! Supplies will be provided.
Adult Reading Challenge
Date: January 1 - March 31, Location: MWR Library
Details: New Year, Winter, and Romance. Read a classic mystery set during the New Year's Eve season, a book with Winter and Snow in the title, one that cracks your heart open and puts it back together or about a president from the 19th century. Once you have finished a book about one of the topics above, show it to us and be entered into the quarterly drawing for a NEX gift card.

2026 Open Basketball League
Date: Tuesday, February 3, Time: 5:30 p.m., Location: Main Gym
Details: Every Sunday & Tuesday. Registration deadline and coaches meeting will be held Thursday, January 29 by Noon at Sports Office.
2026 Captain's Cup Flag Football League

Details: Every Monday & Wednesday. Sign-ups available at the Fitness Center & Gym. Registration deadline and coaches meeting will be held Wednesday, February 4 by Noon at Sports Office

Hours of operations are Sunday-Thursday 0800-2000
Lounge furniture, laptops, board games, and books will be available. **Printing services will be available at the Library.**
Open Trips
Details: You choose it, and we will do it!!! Sailors can now create their own trips every Friday & Saturday. Trips are selected on a first come first serve bases. Must have a minimum of 6 single sailors sign up. There is a $5 charge per sailor-not including planned activity or admission to any venue. Contact your SSP coordinator for more information.
