Details: Every Monday & Tuesday. The only fee that applies for Captain's Cup League $2.50 for shoe rental. Registration Location: Fintess Center, Gym Upstairs, Single Sailor Center & Bowling Alley. Registration Deadline & Coaches Meeting will be on Tuesday, August 12 by Noon at Bowling Center.

Lift The Carrier
Date: July 1 - August 31
Details: Who will be the first to lift 90,000 LB?! Accumulate LBS by just lifting your daily workout with one of our specialist as they monitor your lift. (Ex. if your leg pressing 600LBSx15 times. The total weight would be 600x15=9,000LBS. Register at the Fitness Center to record your lift.
Row-Bike-Run! Challenge
Date: August 3 - 31, Time: Anytime!, Location: Fitness Center
Details: Make an appointment starting August 3 - 31 for a specific day and time to compete. Slots are limited, 15 only! You can register at the Fitness Center front desk.
Power Lifiting Captain's Cup Competition
Date: Friday, August 8, Time: 9 a.m., Location: Fitness Center
Details: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift! Limited slots available. Register at the Fitness Center by Thursday, August 7.

Group Pearl Snorkel Outing

Details: Off the shores of Amwaj Islands, submerge yourself in the shallow waters of Bahrain's premiere pearl diving location where "what you find is what you keep." Outing includes all equipment, snacks, & drinks. *Please note this outing could be cancelled due to weather.
Scuba Diving Trip
Date: Friday, August 15, Time: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., Cost: $86.50
Details: It's not hard to see why scuba diving has become a favorite past time in Bahrain. This tour is a perfect blend of mystery and adventure as you go diving to see one wreck and one reef off the coast. A PADI certification is required. Please note: This tour could be cancelled due to weather. *Must provide your own transportation to Prince Khalifa bin Salman Park.
School Movie Marathon
